On 7th January, 2026, Shareholders of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, accorded their approval for issuance of 6,75,000 Equity Shares on Preferential Basis and issuance of 33,00,000 Warrants Convertible into Equity Shares, on Preferential Basis. Out of above, 6,25,000 equity shares were subscribed and 29,50,000 warrants were subscribed by the proposed allottees. Accordingly, the Company on 24/02/2026, allotted 6,25,000 Equity Shares and 29,50,000 Warrants on Preferential Basis to the Persons belonging to the Promoter/Promoter Group and Non-Promoter/Public Category. Now, out of 29,50,000 Warrants allotted to Persons belonging to the Promoter/Promoter Group and Non-Promoter/Public Category, on 18/08/2026, the Company received balance amount of 75% on 3,05,000 Warrants and the same were converted into Equity Shares of the Company. The Company has made application to BSE for listing Approval, the same is awaited as on filling of this report. Post approval of BSE, corporate action with Depositories and further application for trading approval will be done by Company as per prevaling law and timelines. Further percentage of holding of SBO's will be revised once all Warrants are converted or on completion of Warrants maturity.
